It’s 7 years ago this month that Moving Performance burst into life!
In that time we’ve worked with leading companies across Europe, the US and China – from pharmaceutical, insurance, banking and technology companies to not-for-profit organisations – witnessing how music can be a powerful metaphor for business.
The Transformative Power of Music
We’ve led training days and conferences worldwide, where we’ve witnessed the transformative power of music in people and businesses, as well as developing our world-class leadership programme, Know the Score®, with The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
When Ben Hines founded Moving Performance in 2009, he’d been working in the financial and legal sectors for 13 years. As an accomplished orchestral musician, he realised the power of music could be harnessed to help businesses improve their performance.
Since then he has been joined by a variety of associates: experts from the corporate world, professional facilitators, and musicians, who together use music to creatively challenge, inspire, and move people forward.
As a team we’re passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their potential. We believe that creating, performing, and listening to music allows people to release creative energy and work together more effectively. Time and again, we’ve witnessed the transformation that happens to people and businesses as they engage with music creation and performance.
The Best Is Yet To Come
And we’re excited about what’s to come. We believe music is a powerful language which cuts across social, emotional and intellectual barriers. As people engage with music creation and performance, they begin a transforming process, which impacts them, the teams and organisations they work for.
At Moving Performance we use music to learn about ourselves, how we relate to other people, how we lead, and how we can contribute to a multi-disciplinary, high-performing team.
We are delighted to deliver creative solutions that will both challenge and inspire your people. Solutions that specifically address your business performance needs, whether that’s implementing change, improving communication, developing leadership, or enhancing emotional intelligence.
