Sebastian Charlesworth
Associate Faculty
Sebastian is a professional classical singer and bassoonist based in London. He has worked with Moving Performance for over 10 years, supporting our leadership development workshops in Asia, USA and Europe as a facilitator and musician.
An alumnus of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Sebastian can be seen regularly performing in the UK and abroad, working with some of the UK's leading vocal ensembles and opera companies. As both singer and bassoonist, Sebastian has made recordings for Naxos, Sony, SyCo and Dramatico labels. As an educator, Sebastian has worked with the London Symphony Orchestra Discovery team and teaches bassoon at serveral public schools in the south of England. He has sung on many Hollywood film scores.
He is a founding member of the wind quintet, Treblos, and together they have developed and delivered workshops for children at the Wigmore Hall, London, across schools in the UK and in Ireland, where they tour their workshops reaching out to over 1000 children each tour.
