Paula Kerr
Associate Faculty
Paula has 20 years of experience as an executive coach, working with senior leaders in organisations around the globe and across sectors, to help them strengthen their leadership and team skills through increased self awareness and practical behavioural and mindset changes.
As faculty for many years in numerous global leadership development programmes across public, private, industry and professional service sectors, she has developed a deep understanding of how to help individuals both succeed at and find authentic satisfaction from their corporate roles.
Prior to entering consultancy in 1997, she gained nearly 25 years’ corporate experience in the UK, The Netherlands and the USA. Her last corporate appointment was as Vice President Human Resources with JP Morgan (Chase Manhattan Bank), based in London, where she managed the personal and leadership learning curriculum for EMEA, and was the Senior HRBP for numerous lines of business and EMEA countries. In her native America, she developed a strong background in Human Resources management, in financial services, retail, and health care.
Having received her BA (Cum Laude) from Boston College, she earned her Certificate in Coaching Skills in London and is qualified in British Psychological Society Level A; MBTI Steps I and II and Masterclasses in Change, Leadership, and Team Working; Firo-B; Transactional Analysis 001.
